COMMANDER

Your AI. Your terms. Your business.

Build, launch and own your AI executive assistant.

In one day you build your own AI executive assistant — named, supporting you with whatever you need, and doing real work before you walk out.

This is empowerment, not a product.

Nobody's renting you anything. We unlock you, and the resource you leave with is yours forever — no licence, no seat, no monthly anything to Commander.

The tools will change. The skill won't.

Every few years the tools reset — command line, then chatbots, then agents, then whatever's next. The professionals who win aren't the ones chasing each new tool. They're the ones who master the skill that sits above all of them: conducting intelligence — directing it toward what their business actually needs. That's what you'll learn here — in person, hands-on, alongside two Naval Academy officers who spent their careers in command and now build AI inside real businesses.

The skill has a name:

CONDUCTING INTELLIGENCE

Christa Votaw helps families buy homes — filmed on her beach trip, business running itself. Earl Proeger guides clients through financial turning points. Grant and Bill trained them both on this exact system — the same one you build at the Commissioning.

More to watch

The 350-year passion project

For forty years, Earl collected original Quaker volumes from the 1600s — a hundred of them, the oldest from 1674. Then he and his AI executive assistant rewrote them into modern English, annotated, linked, and published: sixty restored volumes, on a world-class website, available to everyone. "This thing brought back life to something I'd had on my shelf for thirty years."

Earl Proeger — trained by Grant and Bill on this exact system.

Questions, answered straight

What exactly is the founders' guarantee?

It means Bill and Grant put their names on the day. Attend the Commissioning — all of it — and if you walk out feeling your time wasn't well spent, tell them, and they'll cover the cost of your seat. No forms, no fine print, no argument. This isn't a discount and it isn't a promotion; it's how two officers run an event they're proud of. If the day doesn't deliver for you, its cost belongs to them — not you.

Who sees my business data?

Your AI, on your terms. What you build here answers to you — not to someone else's terms of service.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Neither are most people in the room. You're not learning to code — you're learning to direct. If you can brief a new hire, you can do this.

Is this training, coaching, or consulting?

All three, honestly — and none of them exactly. It's hands-on training: you build a working AI executive assistant yourself, live, that day. There's coaching in the room — Bill, Grant, and the crew work with you at your table until yours works. And because everything is built against your actual business, you leave with what consulting usually only recommends. If you're comparing it to an AI course, class, workshop, or seminar: those teach you about AI. Here you learn by building yours — and it clocks in the next morning.

What do I bring?

A laptop (not a tablet) — Mac 2018 or newer, or Windows 10/11, 8GB RAM minimum — your charger, and one real bottleneck from your business, written down. Chrome or Edge preferred. A personal machine beats a corporate-locked one.

What if my laptop can't run it?

You'll finish regardless. Everything essential runs in a browser on an account we set up for you before you arrive, and there are loaner laptops and a help desk on site. Nobody leaves without a working AI executive assistant.

Where exactly is it?

A private historic military installation on the Charleston coast. The exact address is revealed when you register — it's in your confirmation email.

What about parking?

Street parking is plentiful, and golf carts run a loop from 8:00 AM. Full details come in your confirmation and day-before emails. Carpooling is encouraged.

What's the refund policy?

Your ticket is transferable to another person at any time. Refunds are available up to 7 days before your event date.

Is this a sales pitch for something else?

No. One day, one outcome: you leave with a working AI executive assistant. If you want to go further afterward, the next step exists — but the day stands on its own.

What exactly will I build?

An AI executive assistant configured for your business. A loan officer's drafts follow-ups and pre-approval letters in their voice. A realtor's writes the listing launch — description, posts, the email to their sphere. An owner's handles intake, quotes, and the paperwork that eats evenings. Yours is built against the real bottleneck you bring in the door.

Who is this NOT for?

People looking for a get-rich system, a stock-tips seminar, or a room to sit in the back of. The day is hands-on and built for working professionals with a real business and real clients. If that's you, you'll be among your own.

You walk in a professional. You walk out a Commander.

Charleston, this October. Fifty seats on each Commissioning day — fifty on Friday for The Deployment.
