Who we are

Commander HQ ("Commander," "we") runs in-person AI training events and this website, commanderhq.ai. This policy describes what we collect, why, and who we share it with. Questions: hello@commanderhq.ai.

What we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone number, profession, and what you tell us about your business — through the callback form, waitlist signups, the tech check, or ticket checkout.

Information collected automatically: standard analytics data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, and how you reached us, including ad-campaign parameters).

Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers.

The callback service

If you request a call from our AI assistant, you consent to an automated outbound call and related text messages (consent is never a condition of purchase; reply STOP to any text to opt out). Calls may be recorded and transcribed to improve the service — the assistant discloses this at the start of the call. Records of your consent (timestamp and IP address) are retained.

How we use information

To deliver what you asked for: the call, the materials it builds for you, your event tickets, and event logistics emails.

To send marketing email about our events, which you can leave with one click — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional email (receipts, event logistics) is sent regardless, because you need it.

To measure and improve advertising: we use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Analytics. Where you have submitted an email or phone number, a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version may be shared with Meta to measure ad performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments) · Contabo (website hosting and database) · Resend (email) · Cloudflare (network and email routing) · Meta and Google (advertising measurement) · Retell AI and Twilio (the callback service). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention and your choices

We keep records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and accounting requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime, opt out of texts with STOP, or email us to request access to or deletion of your information and we will honor it where the law allows.
