What a ticket buys

Admission for one person to the specified Commander event in Charleston, SC, including materials, catered lunch, the commissioning ceremony, and the networking hour. The exact venue address is provided upon registration and is private — please don't publish it.

Transfers and refunds

Your ticket is transferable to another person at any time — email us and we'll move it. Refunds are available up to 7 days before your event date. Inside 7 days, transfer remains available but payment is non-refundable.

If we must change something

If a venue or date change is ever required, we'll notify you by email at the address on your order, and your ticket applies to the replacement session. If we cancel outright and you can't attend a rescheduled date, you receive a full refund.

What to bring, and what we assume

The day is hands-on: bring a laptop meeting the specs in your confirmation email. We provide a working path for every attendee regardless of hardware, but we can't guarantee outcomes with equipment that doesn't meet the stated requirements.

You are responsible for your own transportation and lodging. The event provides no overnight accommodation.

Conduct and liability

We reserve the right to decline or remove attendance for disruptive conduct, with a refund at our discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an event is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
